How to send in your Vitamix Commercial Blender for a repair:
We currently only offer repair for the following Vitamix Commercial Blenders; The Quiet One, Blending Station Advance, Blending Station MP, Touch & Go, T&G2, Vita-Prep 3, Vita-Prep, Drink Machine (all models), and Bar-Boss blenders. Note: We do not perform factory warranty repairs unless it is covered by a separate warranty offered by Blender Mart.
Step 1: Box up your blender in a 12"x12"x10" corrugated box with sufficient packaging. Do not send sound enclosures or containers. Complete a Return Authorization Form and place inside the box with all required information. You are responsible for the shipping costs to send the blender to us with the return shipping being prepaid at checkout (lower 48 states only). You are under no obligation to complete the repairs to your blender. Step 2: We will receive your blender in 1-4 business days depending on your location.
Step 3: Our technician will contact you with a parts and labor estimate for any required repairs.
Step 4: We will repair, record, and ship your blender back to you in 2-3 days. We stock most repair parts, however some repairs may require special order parts and could add 3-5 days to the repair time.
